1) PAYMENT: Bookings are only confirmed with payment or deposit , minimum of five days prior event, (deposit amount 50%) . Cheque is accepted but must be able to cash/clear before event date. If a bank transfer was made it must be reflected in our account before event day , If for any reason full payment was not made, we have the right to cancel your booking without refund .Once payment is made on any booking 20% is non refundable. Customers that change their order eg. ordered 3 machines then decides to change to 2, will be charged 50% on that item.
We do not do percentages, RENTALS ONLY. Prices Quoted are valid for 6 weeks only.
2) RENTAL HOURS: Rentals are for 6 (six) hours, however latest pick-up time is 7:30pm.
3 ) CANCEL/POST PONED EVENT: If it rains you have an option to reschedule for another day, however if you cancel on the event day or when we arrive you loose your entire payment. (BAD WEATHER CANCELLATION ATTRACTS A 2% FEE ON TOTAL ORDER)
4) TRANSPORTATION: Transportation cost is separate from rental prices .It is not possible for us to know every where therefore customers must make us aware of challenging roads otherwise your booking can be canceled or charged an additional amount. ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PICK UP.
5) MACHINE RENTAL: Machines are not rented with items such as ice, sugar, popcorn kernels,igloo bags, cups etc. two machines & more however are rented with operator (operator additional cost). We no longer rent machines only, tables, chairs , bubble machine, music system & party lights on their own, only in a package of three items & more.
6 ) SLIDE RENTAL: Water slide does not come with water, customer must arrange water for slide.
7) SAFETY: We are not responsible for any negligence while our items are rented.
9) DUBIOUS BOOKINGS: We do not go to areas that are considered treacherous or places where our items have to be connected to pot head/ bridged electricity. Please note also we have the right to refuse/cancel questionable bookings at any time.
